USAGE DESCRIPTION

The software "eac3to" may be freely used as an end user application by both
non-commercial and commercial end users, without buying a license, without even
notifying the author about the use.

DISTRIBUTION

The software "eac3to" may be distributed freely, provided that the "eac3to"
software package is left in its original state with no files deleted or
modified.

3RD PARTY SOFTWARE RESTRICTIONS

The software "eac3to" may not be used (called, automated) by any 3rd party
software without the written consent of the "eac3to" author. However, the
"eac3to" author hereby grants the right to use (call, automate) "eac3to" by
such 3rd party software which is released as freeware and which is not
available in any commercial form.

USAGE OF LGPL SOFTWARE

The software "eac3to" makes use of and ships with the following LGPL software:
- ffmpeg/libav
- libAften
- libFlac
- r8brain
Please refer to the "legal stuff" subfolder of the "eac3to" package for further
details.

The author's products and the accompanying files and documentation are
distributed / sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance or
merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. The
licensee assumes the entire risk as to the use of the author's products. In no
event will the author be liable for additional direct or indirect damages
including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential
damages arising from any defects, or the use or inability to use this product,
even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TERMINATION

its terms, in which case you shall immediately discontinue the use of the
software and shall within ten (10) days destroy all copies of the software.
You may also terminate this agreement at any time by destroying the software
and all copies thereof.
